Shipping policy

SecNewStore (www.secnewstore.com) is operated by SECNEWS.GR SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY (brand: SECNEWS), 6 Gamveta str., 10678 Athens, Greece. Our merch is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful. Each item is made after you order it and shipped with tracking from a Printful fulfilment centre, normally one close to your address where the product is available.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 27 EU member states, the United States and Canada. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Processing time

Production usually takes 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away and a shipping email with tracking once your order has shipped. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping rates

  • European Union: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after dispatch) €6.90; free standard shipping on orders of €60 or more.
  • United States: Standard Shipping $5.99.
  • Canada: Standard Shipping CA$13.99.

The exact options and cost for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Taxes and duties

Prices shown to customers in the EU include VAT. Customers in the United States and Canada see prices without sales tax; any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Digital products

Digital products are not shipped. When available, they are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email right after payment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
